Acceptance of terms
By using PuzzleMint, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced by them.
Description of service
PuzzleMint helps users configure puzzle book projects, generate previews, and export publishing files such as interiors, answer keys, covers, mockups, metadata helpers, license receipts, and ZIP archives.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for your account, project settings, uploaded or provided content, and final review before publication.
Credits, payments, and refunds
Preview generation may be free. Final package export uses credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund policies should be finalized before production launch; a reasonable placeholder is to review failed exports or duplicate purchases on a case-by-case basis.
Preview versus export
Preview files are for review. Paid exports produce the downloadable package and related receipt records.
User content
You are responsible for uploaded or provided text, word lists, themes, images, metadata, and descriptions. You must not upload copyrighted, trademarked, unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Generated content and license
Paid exports include a commercial-use license to generated puzzle content and template-based layouts, subject to these Terms. PuzzleMint retains ownership of the platform, templates, software, brand, and underlying generation systems.
Marketplace disclaimer
PuzzleMint does not guarantee KDP approval, Etsy acceptance, sales, royalties, rankings, reviews, or marketplace results. You are responsible for final marketplace compliance and proof review.
AI disclosure
If AI-generated features are later used, you are responsible for reviewing marketplace disclosure requirements before publication.
Prohibited uses
You may not use PuzzleMint for illegal content, infringing content, misleading metadata, spam, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, abuse of the system, or attempts to interfere with service operations.
Service availability and termination
The service may change, pause, or stop. Access may be terminated for violations, abuse, legal risk, or operational reasons.
Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity
The service is provided as-is and as-available. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify PuzzleMint for claims arising from your content, marketplace listings, or misuse of the service.
