Who operates PuzzleMint
PuzzleMint.app is the puzzle book generation and publishing file utility described on this website. Contact support@puzzlemint.app with privacy questions.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name and email; project information such as book titles, configurations, user-provided word lists, descriptions, and uploaded content if applicable; generated assets such as PDFs, covers, mockups, metadata files, and receipts; usage information such as pages visited, actions, logs, device/browser information; and cookies or local storage. Payment information is processed by Stripe, and PuzzleMint does not store full card numbers.
How information is used
We use information to provide the service, generate puzzle book files, process payments, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, improve the product, and communicate service updates.
How information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers such as hosting, database, storage, analytics, Stripe, and email providers; when required for legal compliance; in connection with a business transfer; or at your direction.
Data retention
We retain accounts, projects, generated assets, logs, and transaction records as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, and maintain export records. Users may request deletion, subject to operational and legal retention needs.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Children
PuzzleMint is not directed to children under 13.
International users
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate.
